We visited for Thanksgiving week as a way to all be together but also be in the mountains. absolutely the best day! beautiful box in downtown Estes Park. coffee shop at the end of the road with a general store across the street. beautiful views of the mountains. and a deer family in the front yard eating breakfast each morning. nature lovers Paradise!

This is an amazing home. Really beautiful and very well equipped with anything you can think of during your stay. Fully loaded kitchen with ample utensils, cutlery, storage & appliances. Each bedroom has an attached bath with ameneties and each room is decorated uniquely. There's even a loft in kid's bedroom. Large place upstairs for pool and TV. Huge deck and you can walk down to the river. They provided foldable tables and camping chairs, so we took those down to the river bank for a breakfast-by-the-river. Beautifully designed and decorated - something you see in architecture magazines. All bedrooms are on the main level, so great for gathering together. Location is great - just 5min drive to Estes Park downtown area. And 4 miles from the national park. Thank you hosts for an amazing stay!

We stayed here with our whole family to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. The home was perfect for our group — five couples and four kids — with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We had a blast swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, and winding down with a movie night in the theater room. Every detail of the home made the weekend feel extra special. I can’t recommend this place enough — we’re already talking about coming back!

This house and everything about it is unlike anything we’ve ever had the privilege of experiencing! My wife and I got married in RMNP this past weekend and had all of our closest friends and family stay and celebrate at Panorama with us for the weekend. Everyone, including ourselves, were absolutely blown away by how incredible everything was..the house, the pool, the theater, the property, the list goes on and on! Amazing!! We couldn’t have envisioned or asked for a better “home base” to make memories of a lifetime at, and we cannot wait to come back and make coming here a family and friends tradition! It’s beyond the perfect space to have everyone together at; there’s an abundance of room throughout to hang out and spend time together (inside and outside!), along with couches and seating EVERYWHERE, spacious bedrooms, and the most comfortable beds! We’re so sad our trip had to come to an end! This home truly has it all!!!

This was a wonderful Airbnb, the pictures don’t do it Justice. There is a big bathroom for every room. Staff is quick at responses - we needed a new coffee pot and they brought it over ASAP. Close to RMNP and town, we all enjoyed our stay so much!

We had a wonderful stay with two families and lots of teens! We have stayed at lots of family homes over the years meant for large groups and this has been one of the best - here is just some of what we particularly appreciated: - the pool and hot tub area were kept comfortably warm and was such a fun option for our group when the March weather was unpredictable (as a watchful mom, I loved that the pool deck was not slippery) - the house has large areas to gather for games and eating but also has lots of areas where small groups can get away for quiet reading or movie watching - the house is VERY generous with towels and linens, making it easy for all of our swimmers and also cozy for an extra teenager to be comfortable on a couch - the house was filled with useful items that made it very simple to be there - things like tons of games, a whole movie library, laundry detergent, cookie sheets, 2 coffee pots, beverage fridge etc. - the house is very conveniently located, 2 min from the grocery story and loads of cute shops and restaurants - this is terrific for a larger group as it gives people lots of convenient options Everyone had a wonderful time and I hope we can return again soon!

This was my wife’s and I Christmas gift to the family, our 4 children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the house and all its special character and amenities. The Christmas decorations throughout the house made it magical. This was a fantastic place to hold a company team offsite event with plenty of space for 14 people. We even had a very comfortable room for this many people with a central, easy-to-see TV from which we could present. We were able to complete important meetings and also relax in plenty of varied areas providing people ability to do different free time activities and have private conversations.  There were large eating spaces with a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to have two refrigerators for so many people and we fully utilized them. The place was spotless and super comfortable!

We rented the home for our 60th wedding anniversary and our grandsons wedding. We had 12 family members staying with us which the home accommodated very well. The location of the home is central to many activities but with what the home offered it was difficult to leave. It was a wonderful week with family and the home beyond our expectations. Leo

The space was great and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time. Lauri was very great at communicating and helpful with any questions. There were some minor things with cosmetic appearance for instance master bedroom had old carpet, fan blades loose on a few fans, door knob loose on bedroom door, ect....pool area was fantastic but hot tub was not set up for older people such as my mom who was unable to enjoy it. Lauri did take interest in fixing this for future guest. Could use a small spruce up and cost was expensive  but the time we shared and the views in Estes Park made it worth it. Thanks for assisting with a great trip and all the best!

The place was a great stay and was beautiful inside and out. Overall great experience and the highlight of the house was the pool and hot tub. We also loved the pool room. The only thing I would suggest is updated TV’s, and quicker wifi. Although there were multiple routers around the house, the wifi was very slow and made the TV slow too. The tv In the pool worked, but each remote used wasn’t making the sound louder. I believe the speakers In the theater couldn’t be turned up or down. I really loved that they had lots of pots and pans, made it VERY easy to cook. Loved how filled the house was with things we might need: Laundry, trash bags, towels etc. The entertainment room was great, but please fix the connect 4 on the wall, it was a great addition! (All personal preference!!) So this was a GREAT stay and would love to book again. :)

It’s a sprawling large home, lots of rooms and entertaining spaces. Pool and jacuzzi area is great! Kitchen is small. Some things were not functional like the TV and juke box in the pool area, internet was sporadic throughout (and the TVs operate with streaming). Fireplace in master has no remote to turn on. Fireplace next to game room didn’t turn on. Master bedroom tub has no stopper so it couldn’t be used. Heat controls for master bedroom couldn’t find. That said, it was an awesome place for a large family.   Expensive but was nice!

Great house, fun location with wildlife right out back! We saw deer and Turkey in the back yard and the kids loved it! We stayed here with my siblings and our families, the house was very funky with fun things to look at everywhere. We are hoping to be back this summer!
